We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our policy below.

Refunds for Products Purchased from Bikeratti.com:

Eligibility: You can request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your product. To initiate a return, complete and submit the "Return Request" form on our website. Requests made after this period will not be processed.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, packaging, and parts intact. Our quality control team will inspect the product upon receipt.

Process: After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions for returning the product. Please wait for this confirmation before sending the product back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Bikeratti is not liable for any damage, delay, or loss during transit.

Approval: Refund requests are subject to physical verification. If the product meets our eligiblity criteria, you will receive an email confirming the refund. If not, the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Refund Options: If approved, you can choose between a store credit or a refund. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used on Bikeratti.com. Refunds will incur a 2% fee of the product’s MRP for Payment Gateway Charges. Once processed, it may take 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please follow up with your bank if there are any delays.

Refund Policy for Bikeratti's authorised dealership's policies: Refunds for products purchased from an authorised dealership are subject to that dealership's independent refund policy. Please check with the dealership before making a purchase.

Refund Policy for Bikeratti authorised Online resellers and marketplaces reseller policies:
Products bought from authorised online resellers or marketplaces are subject to their respective refund policies. Confirm these policies before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Products Exclusions: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly stated on the product page and packaging.

Can I Amend or Cancel An Existing Order: Once you've placed your order, we are unable to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. Our systems are automated and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your cart before checking out.
